Adding & Removing Users + Setting User Permissions

How to best setup your users in the EzHire Platform

If you have Add and edit users permissions in your EzHire account, you can create new users and customize their permissions. 

Adding Users

  • In your EzHire account click the top right dropdown to reveal your options. 
  •  Click "My Team" to manage your team. Note: depending on your permissions, you may not have access to this feature
  • To add a user click "Invite a User"
  • Enter the user's Name & Email address
  • Once entered, click "Send Invitation" to invite the user

Remove Users or Cancel Invite

  • In your EzHire account click the top right dropdown to reveal your options. 
  •  Click "My Team" to manage your team. Note: depending on your permissions, you may not have access to this feature
  • Click "Edit' to the right of the user you wish to remove
  • Confirm by pressing "Delete"
  • For users that have not yet accepted their invite, you can select Cancel Invite to remove their access.
