Applying to Jobs can be done via the click of a button.
Once you have applied, here's what to expect:
1) The Employer will be notified for your application
2) Once notified, the Employer will have access to review your Candidate Profile (Note: a complete profile goes a long way)
3) If it's a fit, the Employer can opt to invite you to an interview
Overall, the time from Apply to Hire within the EzHire Platform varies but on average a 21-28 day process is most common!
