Within your EzHire account, you can manage the status of each job. This includes selecting between Active and Inactive status on each job.

Active Jobs
- visible to prospective candidates
- appear on your Public Job Board
- can include a job-specific shareable link
- allow for inviting candidates to apply
Inactive Jobs
- are not visible to prospective candidates
- will not appear on your Public Job Board
- cannot be shared via a job-specific shareable link
- no ability to invite candidates
