Pass on candidates that are not a good fit.
What is it?
Hiring Managers can now opt to "Pass" on candidates from their EzHire portal.
How does it work?
1) Navigate to your Job Posting.
2) Select Get Candidates via the Top Right Button
3) Select a Candidate via their First Name, Last Initial
4) In the top right you will see INVITE and PASS
5) To pass on a candidate, Select PASS.
Selecting Pass will trigger an email notification to your Account Manager and prompt the candidate restocking process to begin.
When do we get it?
Candidate Pass is available now.
Who gets it?
All EzHire Plans have access to this feature.
How much is it?
All EzHire Plans will have the ability to utilize this feature.
