The ability to select a reason for Passing on a Candidate.
What is it?
Hiring Managers can now select a "Pass Reason" for candidates from their EzHire portal.
How does it work?
1) Navigate to your Job Posting.
2) Select Get Candidates via the Top Right Button
3) Select a Candidate via their First Name, Last Initial
4) In the top right you will see INVITE and PASS
5) To pass on a candidate, Select PASS.
6) Once you select PASS, a pop-up will appear with a dropdown, select the appropriate Pass Reason and you are all set!
When do we get it?
Candidate Pass Reason is available now.
Who gets it?
All EzHire Plans have access to this feature.
How much is it?
All EzHire Plans will have the ability to utilize this feature.
