Managing Hires

This article covers how Hires are managed within your EzHire account.

When a Candidate Status moves from Interviewed to Hired the Candidate will be moved to the Hired section within your EzHire Account. 

To move a Candidate to Hired:

  1. Navigate to a Candidate Profile
  2. Update the Candidate Status at the bottom of the page via the dropdown menu to "HIRED"

Note: If this is your first hire within your EzHire account, a new navigation option, "HIRES", will appear in the top navigation bar.

Important Notes:

Once a hire has been made the Hired Date will be logged on the Candidate Profile Page.

All previously logged notes will be available on the Candidate Profile Page of your new hire.
