When & how are companies billed for the EzHire Platform.

Where do I find my invoices and payment receipts?

Invoices and payment receipts for customers paying via credit card are automatically sent upon billing. If you require assistance please feel free to email billing@ezhirecannabis.com.

When will my card be charged?

If you are paying monthly, you can expect your card to be billed once per month in line with your initial job posting date. For example, if you began your job posting on the 2nd of the month, you can expect your next charge to run on the 2nd of the following month. 

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. EzHire Cannabis uses a third party (Stripe) to process all credit card payments. EzHire Cannabis does not have access to your credit card number at any point. For more information about the strict security measures that Stripe uses, please see the Stripe Security Page

Who should I contact if I have billing-related questions about my account?

If you have specific billing-related questions regarding your HubSpot account, you can send an email directly to EzHire Cannabis' billing team at billing@ezhirecannabis.com.

General account questions can be directed to your Account Manager. If you do not have your Customer Success Manager's contact information, contact support: hello@ezhirecannabis.com.
