Candidate Status is a powerful tool to better manage your pipeline.
When reviewing Applicants, EzHire allows you to select from several dispositions to manage your candidate pipeline better.
Those statuses include:
Applied - All candidates start at the Applied stage
Rejected - This will automatically trigger an email to the applicant informing them they are not a fit for this role
Qualified - ideal for indicating that the candidate is a good fit and "saving them for later"
Interviewed - Once you have completed an internal interview you can update the candidate status to provide greater visibility.
