After you click Submit Job on EzHire, our Account Manager will review the ad and make sure it is crafted perfectly. This includes a review of messaging, SEO, and marketing potential.
Candidates will be able to find your Job Posting on over 100 job boards. It can take a few to 24 hours for the job boards to get it 'live'. Ads posted on weekends may take a little longer to get to the boards.
Note: When leveraging an EzHire Job Template, your Account Manager will conduct an expedited review prior to syndication, as we have pre-optimized our Job Templates.
EzHire also provided you with links to share on your website and social media channels. We strongly encourage you to leverage this feature to attract more candidates!
