This duration helps establish strong working relationships, allows for comprehensive service delivery and support, fosters trust, and ensures a return on investment for both parties.
Does EzHire help source hard-to-find employees?
Not our special sauce.
We have filled various roles, including senior-level positions requiring extensive industry experience/knowledge, but we focus on entry-level to director level.
How long does it take EzHire to find candidates?
It depends. We syndicate post your job to major job boards within 48 hours of your posting, but we can't control who applies unless you are on a paid plan.
For senior-level and niche positions, it can take longer, as expected, to find the right candidate. There is, unfortunately, no set-in-stone rule here.
We advise our clients to give feedback early & often. The first candidate delivery is typically an opportunity to fine-tune your needs & helps us hone in on precisely the type of hire you want to make.
