Creating Email Templates

How to create Email Templates.

Email templates are designed to streamline communication with candidates at various stages of the hiring process. Within your EzHire account, you can create, manage, and apply custom email templates that will be sent automatically to candidates.

To create Email Templates:

1) Navigate to Email Templates in your EzHire account.

2)  Click New Template to create an Email Template,

3) Name your template for Internal Management.

4) Select the Status at which the Email Template is sent. Note: EzHire currently offers templates for Rejected & Qualified Candidate Statuses.

5) Create your Subject Line

6) Create your Email Body

7) Click Save Template to save your template
